- Physical details relevant to representation, such as height, measurements, and hair and eye color
- Photographs you send to us
- Any other information you choose to include in your message
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and general location, along with basic analytics about how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To review and evaluate model and talent applications
- To contact you about your submission or your inquiry
- To present talent we represent to brands, casting professionals, photographers, and clients
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website
- To meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
Photographs and likeness
Photographs you submit are used to evaluate your application. If we represent you, we may share your photographs and portfolio with brands, clients, and casting professionals for the purpose of securing work on your behalf. Any broader commercial use of your image is governed by a separate written agreement between you and iModel Miami.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Brands, clients, and casting professionals, when presenting talent we represent
- Service providers who help us operate the business, such as website hosting and email providers
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights
Applicants under 18
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit your application and provide consent on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without that consent. If you believe a minor has submitted information without it, contact us and we will remove the information.
Retention and security
We keep application information for as long as needed to consider you for current and future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete it. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email angel@imodelmia.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
